2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

SANJI offers apparel and related products for purchase online.

Certain collections may be limited in quantity. Limited releases will not be restocked unless expressly stated.

The Essence line is part of our permanent collection and may be restocked periodically.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.


3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website:

  • Are expressed in Euros (€)
  • Include VAT at the applicable Portuguese legal rate
  • Include free shipping

Payment must be completed at checkout through the available payment methods.

SANJI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.


4. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via CTT.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: delivery times may vary depending on destination country

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.


5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS ONLY)

In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify SANJI by email at hello@sanjiwear.com within the 14-day period.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Have no signs of wear or washing

Items showing signs of use, damage, or washing will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

This right does not automatically apply to purchases made for professional or resale purposes.


6. RETURNS POLICY

SANJI operates a refund-only policy.

We do not guarantee exchanges. Customers wishing a different size or product must place a new order.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of SANJI and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SANJI shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products, except where liability is mandatory under Portuguese law.


9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
