Shipping is free on all orders.

• No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

 

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Portugal: 2–5 business days (via CTT)
• Europe: delivery times vary depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

6. Delays and Liability

SANJI is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs processes
• Force majeure events
