REFUND POLICY

At SANJI, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us at:

within the 14-day period.

 

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Have no signs of wear
  • Have not been washed
  • Include original packaging where possible

SANJI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 10 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Exchanges

SANJI operates a refund-only policy.

If a different size or product is desired, customers must place a new order.


6. Non-Consumer Purchases

The right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to purchases made for professional or resale purposes.
